According to the AGC in Washing D.C. the construction spending went up by 3.1 percent in Dec. of 2011 that is the highest one month increase in the last 17 months. Those figurs are based on the 130 largest metropolitan areas in the country.In last months Data Digest Report that means about 200,000 jobs. The out look for 2012 is expected to put 2.5 million construction workers back to work.The oil pipeline from Alberta Canada to the oil refineries in Texas will put tens of thousands of people to work,but no one thinks it is going to happen this year.
